Important

1. Blue Water,  Black Pearl,  and Gili Cat Fast Boats is not suitable for:

* Children under 01 years old
* Pregnant woman
* People with heart or back problems or other physical impediments.

2. Cancellation or No-Show or Late-Arrive Fee:
Full seats will be charged for any cancellation made less than 2 days prior guest departure for regular season and 7 days prior to guest departure for high season (1 Jul – 30 Sept)

3. Re-Schedule Trip:
Re-schedule is base on seats availability and should be made 2 days prior to guest departure for regular season and 7 days prior to guest departure for high season (1 Jul – 30 Sept)

4. Refunds
In the event of a trip cancellation from the company, the company shall refund any funds paid by the passenger direct to the company, or any funds already paid by an agent to the company on the passenger.

If passenger cancel their trip, Deposit is not refunable.

5. Connecting Flights
Lombok Tropic Holidays and Cruises is a point to point carrier and we do not take responsibility for delays or connecting flight

Booking & Cancellation

All reservations will be processed if you have filled out the reservation form completely, and will be responded no later than 24 hours.

Should you make any modification on your detail you filled out on the reservation form, you are responsible to inform us immediately.

In order to confirm your booking, we require full payment 10 days before departure and we will issue your voucher as your tickets to any of the boats in our website.

Payment Method

PT. LOMBOK TROPIC HOLIDAYS INDONESIA don't accept payment via Credit Card (CC) but wire Bank transfer and PAYPAL, If you confirm your booking, we require payment in advance 30 days before departure to Gili/Lombok or Bali if you depart from Lombok.

When confirm booking, please provide us your personal details such as : Full Name, Nationality, Passport Number, Place date of issue and Hotel Address and Phone Number and email us to :

Traveler’s Documents

Each visitor to Indonesia should acquire a relevant visa to enter the country and should hold a passport of at least 6 months validity beyond the designated date of departure. In addition, visitor to Indonesia should confirm to have either return or through tickets for the onward journey.

3. Liability

PT. LOMBOK TROPIC HOLIDAYS INDONESIA  shall hold no responsibility and shall not be liable for any damages on your computer caused by viruses that infecting during the e-mail or data transmission between the users and PT. LOMBOK TROPIC HOLIDAYS INDONESIA  . Our devices are equipped with anti-virus software.

Indemnification

PT. LOMBOK TROPIC HOLIDAYS INDONESIA   and users (travelers to Lombok) shall agree to indemnify and hold harmless each other from and against any claims, demands, including – without limitation – reasonable legal and accounting fees as a result of your use of material in our website, including software, or your violation of the terms of this agreement or inaccuracy of the information or the availability or quality of products provided by the third parties.

Force Majeure

Clause 4 shall be applicable in case of Force Majuro. This includes war, unrest, strike, terrorism, natural or industrial disaster, governmental regulations, communication or utility failure, material shortage or rationing, air carriers schedule amendments or any other unavoidable events beyond PT. LOMBOK TROPIC HOLIDAYS INDONESIA  control.

6. Law of Agreement

If legal action should be taken related to the agreement regulated here, it must comply the Law of The Republic of Indonesia. 

Deposit and Payment:

50% when confirmed booking

50% 30 days before departure

When pay by PAYPAL, full payment require

Additional Terms and Conditions

PT. LOMBOK TROPIC HOLIDAYS INDONESIA  Contact as an agent of service providers that may have own terms and conditions other than aforementioned here. Therefore, additional terms and conditions shall be applicable whenever necessary and you are agreeing to bear such terms and conditions.

Cancellation

We require cancellation fees when booking confirmed:

50 % when booking cancel ( Not Refundable )

75 % when booking cancel 30 days before arrival

90 % when booking cancel 15 days before arrival

100 % when booking cancel 07 days before arrival.
